Essential Oil Care: Uses natural essential oils to nourish and condition the scalp. Ear Candling: Pre-check: Ensure the ear candle is intact and specifically designed for ear candling; not suitable for individuals with ear infections or perforations. Positioning: Lie on your side with one ear facing upward, keeping the head stable; assistance is recommended for safety. Insertion: Gently place the unlit end into the ear canal, keeping it vertical and not too deep. Lighting: Ignite the top end with a match or lighter; burn time is حوالي 10–15 minutes depending on product instructions. Monitoring: Keep the candle stable and observe any changes in sound or smoke; stop immediately if discomfort occurs. Extinguishing & Cleaning: Remove the candle when it reaches the marked line, extinguish in water, and gently clean the outer ear area with a cloth (avoid inserting into the ear canal).
