Originating from Chinese acupressure, Shiatsu focuses on the meridians and pressure points and uses fingers and compression to relieve muscle tension, relax deep muscles, clear the meridians, relieve fatigue, and reduce aches and pains.
Manipulative therapy uses massage techniques such as pushing, picking, compressing, massaging, kneading, pinching, pointing, and patting on your skin surface, injuries, discomforts, pressure points, and painful spots to decongest the meridians, boost energy and blood flow, heal injuries, reduce pain, eliminate evils, boost positive energy, balance the yin and yang, and extend your lifespan.
