自2004年起擔任教練自今，持有由美國國家運動醫學院（NASM）發出的私人教練證書及兩項專項教練資格，包括減重及綜合武術（MMA）專項。 同時持有國際跆拳道聯盟頒發的黑帶段位，國際教練及裁判證書。亦曾於大型連鎖健身中心擔任泰拳，MMA及私人教練，經驗罕有。 以快樂上課完成目標為訓練宗旨，歡迎咨詢。 Being a trainer since 2004, holding the Certificate of Personal Trainer from NASM and two specialist trainer included Weight Loss and MMA Conditioning. And holding a Black Belt title, International Instructor and Umpire cert from ITF. Also hold a course from Muay Thai, MMA and Personal Training in Fitness Gym.
