Understanding the importance of teaching staff in education, besides being experienced, the majority of music instructors hold performance-level diplomas or are students/graduates from university music departments, ensuring a high standard of teaching staff. For visual arts instructors, most hold diplomas from the Xu Beihong Academy of Art at Renmin University of China.
