We hired a painter to repaint and renovate the front door of our old house for rent. During the initial quote, we wanted to save money and did some things ourselves, and Mr. Ye was willing to discuss these with us. At the last minute, I asked him to do them again, and he readily arranged everything. He personally supervised the work from start to finish, noting many details, taking photos and videos. He even helped me fix the hinges on the large cabinet (which had been broken for a long time and we didn't know who to find to repair it) and the broken exhaust fan, finding the most cost-effective and reasonable way to fix them. The painter was skilled. He was patient with the delivery and even gave me suggestions on areas for the rental unit to be mindful of. In summary: Quick, reliable, easygoing, patient, excellent communication skills, high quality, professional – highly recommended!

With a trial mentality, I looked for a master on this platform to deal with the peeling concrete in the living room and bathroom. Fortunately, I met Master Su. He was punctual and polite.
