Many thanks to the property inspector, Mr. Yip! He was not only extremely professional and impartial in his inspections, but also helped communicate directly with the tenants. Most importantly, he was very familiar with the tenancy regulations, and he used the regulations, data, and analysis to quickly resolve everything during the handover process, saving a very troublesome dispute. The inspection was incredibly thorough, with a ton of tools 🤣 and all based on accurate data. This time, the tenant had completely clogged the drains on the balcony, and the air conditioner was broken too, meaning they wouldn't even have enough to cover the deposit 😅. The inspector immediately used professional equipment to carefully examine the property and take photos as evidence, clearly identifying the damage as signs of improper use and lack of proper maintenance, definitely not "normal signs of age." The most important thing is to help me get reasonable compensation from the tenant! 😆Both parties were completely convinced. The transaction process was incredibly smooth, saving a lot of time and effort. Highly recommended!
