Coach Ray demonstrated strong professional ability. His teaching method was scientific, relaxed and interesting. He would ask me from time to time what difficulties I encountered based on my physical feedback, analyze them carefully for me, and adjust his teaching strategy immediately. He was patient and careful. When it comes to adjusting balance in the water, controlling breathing rhythm, and other aspects, he can always break down complex movements into actionable steps through vivid metaphors (such as "drifting relaxedly like the waves"). When teaching breaststroke, he taught me the detailed training method of "two leg forces combined with one hand stroke", which allowed me to quickly establish muscle group memory and learn the key techniques of breaststroke. He taught me the skills of survival in water and treading water in the deep-water swimming pool, and then took me to the beach to practice.
