She will carefully perform the movements but will never slow down the progress. She will be serious when she should be serious, but she will have a lot of fun with the children during the break. Especially recommended for adults who want individual guidance! The fact that I didn’t know how to swim has always stayed in my mind. Coach Ray demonstrated strong professional ability. His teaching method was scientific, relaxed and interesting. He would ask me from time to time what difficulties I encountered based on my physical feedback, analyze them carefully for me, and adjust his teaching strategy immediately. He was patient and careful. When it comes to adjusting balance in the water, controlling breathing rhythm, and other aspects, he can always break down complex movements into actionable steps through vivid metaphors (such as "drifting relaxedly like the waves"). When teaching breaststroke, he taught me the detailed training method of "two leg forces combined with one hand stroke", which allowed me to quickly establish muscle group memory and learn the key techniques of breaststroke. He taught me the skills of survival in water and treading water in the deep-water swimming pool, and then took me to the beach to practice. Finally, I swam to the floating platform easily, which enabled me to fulfill one of my dreams and a milestone in swimming. I will continue to learn more swimming skills from him!
