Vincent is the most intimate coach I have ever met. He is witty and humorous. Although he usually laughs with you, his strength is beyond doubt. My goal when I approached him was to increase muscle mass and reduce fat. He would make a menu and training plan for me according to my requirements and goals. After each training session with him, my muscles are sore for a few days. After looking for him, my body fat dropped from 15.3 to 13.3, and my muscle mass increased by 1kg.
