I had a trial lesson with Francis and I was impressed by his professionalism and enthusiasm about bodybuilding/fitness. Having previously trained with several chain fitness centres, I look for more customised training routine and diet plan this time. After 2 lessons, so far I’m very satisfied with the training and assistance, by Francis’ team, on changing my daily habits from postures to the choice of food. I appreciate that the trainers spent time to explain the terminology and the mechanism behind each movement in English with Cantonese, which effectively deepens my memories of the correct ways to replicate them on my own. Moreover, the gym is in the vicinity of MTR station and restaurants. So I decided to commit myself to the program for 5-6 months. Fair deal!
