老師都幾pro，好有耐性，整體唔錯。 見到d堂數好多，keep住咗22堂做住先，遲d再介紹fd過黎試堂，加油~~
導師好有心機去教我姿勢，奈何我本身無拉筋習慣，好似石頭咁樣，而家條筋鬆咗好多，成功感係100%😂

Professional Trainers and Cozy Environment without Hardselling
Great experience! Tried their contemporary, ballet, and stretch classes. The teachers are great, very professional and took time to teach me through moves when I got confused. I learned from them that the floor is sprung and is perfect for more technical moves, saves my joints by cushioning impact. Have been to other studios without professional floor and my knees and ankles always hurt at those other studios. Will definitely come again!

教練上堂認真，提供合適健身，包括飲食建議。 上課過程唔會太chur,會睇住學生進度調整課程 而且都唔hard sell，無強逼消費，教練會同我商討運動方案，保證係我有時間嘅情況下上堂 地理位置優越，絕對會介紹比朋友!
