Introduction
The Trade and Industry Tower (TI Tower) is located at the North Apron of Kai Tak Development Area, adjoining Prince Edward Road East to the north and Road D1, former Concord Road, to the south. The project site is located within short distance to various districts, including San Po Kong, Kowloon City and Wong Tai Sin. Elevated pedestrian linkage will be provided at 1/F of TI Tower for connection to the surrounding districts and Kai Tak Development Area.
