Introduction

Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) is the first zero carbon building in Hong Kong located at 8, Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Developed by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) in collaboration with the HKSAR Government. Completed in June 2012, it is an exhibition, education and information centre for low/zero carbon building design and technologies, smart city technologies, and low carbon living located in the commercial and industrial district of Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. ZCB is a pioneering and inspiring project. It will not only serve as a platform for the construction industry to share knowledge and expertise in low/zero carbon building design and technologies, but also help to raise community awareness of low carbon living.
