Katie has been helpful and encouraging in getting me started on my weight loss journey. I have been with multiple personal trainers before, but she has been THE BEST! She knows how to make workout effective through teaching proper form. She is also friendly and flexible. The gym where she trains is very clean and inviting. If you are tired of personal trainers and gym memberships, Katie's Personal Training is the ideal place!

I am 50+ years. When I have been training with FitnessART, I have lost over 16kg and feel fitter than I have ever felt. This is due to her motivation, dedication, understanding and patience. She is fantastic! Looking forward to working with her regularly. She listened to our goals and pointed out issues we were having with the exercise and how she was going to address them. She really cares about the progress of her clients. Her workouts are very effective. Highly recommended!

The best thing about training with FitnessArt is that I always feel better when I leave. I feel that she gears each session according to my ability and goals. I feel challenged each time and that I am progressing in increasing my agility, strength, balance and brain concentration. I love that she is patient, and at the same time has high exceptions for me. I highly recommend Katie as a Personal Trainer.

I have not been active for years. For medical reasons I have learned to be afraid of movement thinking any movement is painful. Katie has helped me sort out what was in my head and showed me what my body can actually do without hurting me. She corrects my movements and posture. It did not take long until I looked forward to our sessions instead of fearing them. I always feel better after her sessions. I am strengthened in both mind and body now. Big thanks to my Personal Trainer, Katie.

Polite and very professional! Katie is a great coach who uses a variety of exercises to get great and lasting results. No fuss, no nonsense, no boredom, just intensive, focused physical work that builds confidence as well as muscle. I have excellent results, and recommend her highly!
