Rayyan started off as a journalist when he first graduated from university. Even though journalism and the moving industry have nothing in common, fate has led Rayyan to become a partner at a moving company. Rather than managing paperwork and orders in the office, Rayyan is a hands-on guy who prefers to be on-site and do the actual moving. He admitted, “Manual labor is much more enjoyable because it’s all about teamwork!” He also stressed that getting more orders does not only mean more work for his coworkers but also more admin work on his part.

Rayyan once got a client whose building had a confirmed case of coronavirus just 2 days before the move… Even though his company has clear guidelines for such situation, Rayyan decided to go the extra mile and handle the crisis. Rayyan has always been an easy-going person, but he would never sacrifice the welfare of his coworkers, he shared, “I am not going to put up unreasonable or outlandish requests from clients because I have to protect my coworkers!”

Being the bridge between customers and his coworkers and an “outsider”, Rayyan realizes that he has to depend on his coworkers to learn the ropes of the trade, he pointed out, “It is important to establish trust and communication within the team because it is all about teamwork.”

Being a partner of the company, Rayyan is the bridge that expedites communication between customers and his staff.
