Eason Chan Yick-shun, a famous Hong Kong singer and actress, served as the vice president of the 8th to 10th Hong Kong Performing Artists Association. He was once described by Time magazine as a character who influenced the style of Hong Kong music. He is one of the most representative male singers of Cantonese pop music. After Xu Guanjie and Jacky Cheung, he was widely recognized as a "new generation of song gods". In 2010, Eason Chan was selected as the only representative of the debut singer of the 1990s in the Chinese Chinese Golden Melody Awards "30 Years Classic Selection".
Eason Chan has achieved outstanding musical achievements. He has won several music awards in various Asia-Pacific and Chinese regions. He has set a record in the four awards ceremony in Hong Kong. O2 Arena's second fastest ticket sales record, only behind Michael Jackson.
