Course outline:

This is an one-hour crash course on mead. You will brew your own mead with your only him / her, about the basics of mead and get to bring home a bottle (500mL) of personalized mead.

Introduction to Mead and Brewing Process

-Start with a brief introduction to mead and its basic ingredients. You will also get to learn about the brewing process of mead.

History of Mead and Mead Tasting

-Go through the history of mead and honey with you and teach you how to appreciate different styles of mead.

Bring Home Your Personalized Mead

-During the course, you will have the opportunity to personalize your mead with different ingredients under our instructions. At the end of the course, you will bring home one bottle of your personalized mead (500mL) to enjoy with friends and family.
