🏆Graduated from St. Paul’s Secondary School and Hang Seng Business College (now known as Hang Seng Management College), and maintained the top position in grades at St. Paul’s Secondary School for a long time. 🏆Selected as the Outstanding Student of Hong Kong for the academic year 2008-2009. 🏆Engaged in youth education for four years. 🏆Achieved the highest grades A in English and Mathematics in HKCEE. 🏆Established a solid foundation for junior high school students, preparing them for future public examinations. 🏆Equipped with star-quality notes and must-do question practice, combined with classroom explanations, sufficient to help students elevate to Grade A; insists on answering any questions, patiently and thoroughly responding to students' post-class message queries. Miss Whitney is dedicated to youth education, serving as a mentor and ‘companion’ for young people. Since establishing Hillstar Education in 2017, she has encountered numerous parents and students, and the so-called 'top' and 'bottom' students have provided her with many insights, leading her to realize that parents' disciplinary methods directly affect students' learning attitudes and performance. She excels at inspiring students and believes that learning attitude is the important indicator determining their future paths. Therefore, she also leads by example, often sharing experiences with students as a ‘companion’, hoping to influence lives through life. In 2020, she published the book "Shine the way you are: A book of inspiring stories and quotes" personally written by Miss Whitney, featuring inspirational short stories encountered during her educational work! The book contains over a hundred life quotes, accompanied by warm illustrations by Dustykid, offering easy reading of life's great philosophies. ⭐️One-on-one Q&A sessions Every week, a one-on-one Q&A session is scheduled, where students can raise any difficulties encountered in practice questions, school homework, or class, and Whitney will answer them one by one, clarifying students' concepts so they can fully understand the questions. The one-on-one Q&A sessions are specifically designed for regular class students, completely free of charge, and students can make appointments for that time slot via phone every week. ⭐️Group teaching, immediate Q&A Utilizing an interactive group teaching mode, the teacher-student ratio is as low as 1:6, which is only 15% of the common model used by other large tutoring centers. When students encounter difficulties or do not understand something, they can immediately ask Whitney, ensuring each student receives ample care. ⭐️Real-time marking Every completed exercise by students is personally marked by Whitney as soon as possible and returned to the students in the next class, pointing out the errors in students' practice in a one-on-one format, and immediately clarifying the students' concepts.
