Graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Chinese dance. After graduation, participated in performances with the Hong Kong Dance Company. In terms of teaching, taught extracurricular activity interest classes in kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school, and also taught adult classes.

K-Pop 舞蹈班分為「單堂體驗」與「四堂進階」兩種方案，每堂 60 分鐘。內容包含暖身、基本功、分段教學、完整串聯及錄影回顧。學員只需穿著輕便運動服及乾淨鞋底運動鞋即可上課，無需舞蹈基礎。
- 單堂即學一首副歌，四堂掌握完整 MV 套路
- 提供慢速示範與拍數提示，初學者也能跟上
- 課後可獲 QR-Code 雲端短片，方便反覆練習
- 小班 4–8 人，滿班即開課；1 人亦可預約私教
