Can I change and cancel the booking?
If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us during business hours at least 3 business day in advance and you are required to pay a cancellation fee of $300. There will be no refund if the cancellation was made on the day of service or within less than one business day. We suggest to continue the service. If you need to reschedule a booking, please inform us during business hours at least 1 business day in advance and you are required to pay a rescheduling fee of $150.
Is there any extra charge for the service?
The service price covered a fixed quantity of rooms, kitchens, beds, doors, and cabinets. If the quantity of furnitures exceeded the standard, there would be extra charges.
