Sha TinHin Keng Estate Project
屋主為一位男士及老人爸爸。由30多年前一直住在這個單位而沒有裝修。所以屋內的所有地板牆身天花及傢俱已顯得非常舊,男屋主也失去了去執屋整理的心情。而他鍾情這個單位的山林景觀,遠近得宜,所以相比起購入新單位,更寧願作一筆費用作翻新這個舊單位。 單位需要2個獨立的房間,由於空間有限,可接受開放式廚房及二分離浴室設計,整體佈局亦採用開放式設計。 新設計的浴室會放了在以前的工作平台位置,節省客廳空間。而兩間房最適合也是放置在大窗位置,但由於考慮到採光度,所以不設一些厚身的高身收納櫃及改為用玻璃大趟門處理。而要在空間感的優先處理之下,解決兩房的收納處理,故特設特高地台(高1米)給予男屋主作日常雜物及衣物的收納之用,兩房之間的間隔亦採用玻璃處理。爸爸房亦特設了地台,收藏了一張升降餐檯,還屋主親友到訪時打麻雀之用。
