Karina Elle是越南和法國混血兒,靠著3年持續飲食控制及每週規律的有氧運動及重訓,不只馬甲線,還練就了性感的腹肌!她在IG上都會放上自己平日重訓的照片,身邊也都會跟著私人健身教練,在做舉重等高強度的訓練時,才不會因為姿勢不正確而受傷。

Anna Victoria是義大利的知名部落客,自己也在從事私人健身教練的工作,她的IG除了有自己的美照,也一樣會放一些重訓影片,不過她還會放上學生們健身前後的比對照片,這更激勵人心啊!

The secret to progress isn't found in being perfect, it's simply rolling with the punches and not letting those punches keep you down. Emily Skye這位網紅不但自己有在健身,還自創了一套叫做F. I. T. 的健身方式,針對身體不同的部位建立不同的訓練菜單,平日工作沒空上健身房的話,也有在家徒手訓練的方法,把健身變得簡單,同時她的部落格上也有關於飲食調控的建議,健身、飲食一次到位。
