What is the booking process for in-home pet grooming?
- After successfully booking and paying for the in-home pet grooming service, you will receive a “Booking Submitted” confirmation email. We will then arrange a groomer for you. You will typically receive an SMS and email with your confirmed booking details and the groomer’s contact information within approximately 20 minutes. The groomer will also contact you at least one day before the scheduled service to confirm the appointment details and arrival time.
Can I cancel or reschedule my in-home pet grooming service after booking?
- Yes, subject to the following terms:
- Cancellation - You must cancel at least 1 full business-day before the time of the service booking and pay an administrative fee of $100. The remaining balance would be refunded to you in 7-14 business days. If you cancel on the day of the date of service, there is no refund and we recommend continuing with the service.
- Changes - Changes to the reservation must be made at least 1 business day prior to the service date and you can only change to another date that is either within 1 month prior or after the service date. There will be a $50 administrative fee. No changes accepted when made on the same day as the service.
- If we cannot match you with a service provider, then you may request to change the booking before the time of the service and reschedule another time free of charge.

- Basic package includes: Nail trimming | Belly & hygiene hair trimming | Bathing | Anal gland cleaning | Ear cleaning | Paw pad trimming. To ensure the safety of your pet and the groomer, we reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive animals.
- Stress guarantee: If your cat or dog shows signs of stress before bathing, the service fee can be refunded (excluding the transportation fee, maxHKD$150).

- Dematting service: HK$80–$330, depending on your pet’s coat condition.
- If matting is too severe, the groomer may recommend a full shave for your pet’s well‑being, and the corresponding fee will apply.
- Evening service (after 19:00): +HK$200
- Remote areas (e.g. Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands): +HK$200
- Public holidays: +HK$150
- Reminder: We suggest you check your pet’s coat condition in advance for a better estimate of any extra fees (e.g. dematting).

- Once you have selected your preferred service date, we will assign a groomer for you. The groomer will contact you at least one day before the service to confirm the booking details and arrival time. You may suggest your preferred time window (e.g., between 9:00–12:00), and the groomer will arrange the exact time based on the day’s schedule.
How long would each service take?
- Basic Grooming Duration:
- Under 10kg: 1–2 hours
- Over 10kg: approximately 2 hours
- Extra time may be required for long-haired pets or dematting.

Will the groomer bring their own grooming supplies?
- Yes, all necessary grooming supplies, disinfection tools and safety equipment will be provided by the groomer.
- Customers are not required to prepare any extra items.
Does my pet need me to be present during grooming?
- Normally, the groomer can complete the grooming service independently. If your pet is especially anxious or experiencing grooming for the first time, we recommend the owner stays nearby to comfort them.
