Cancellation - You need to cancel at least one business day before the service usage time. You will be charged a $100 administrative fee for cancellation, and the remaining balance of the service will be refunded within 7-14 business days. Please ensure you are attentive to your doorbell or phone notifications so that you can promptly admit our service providers. If customers do not answer the door upon the provider's arrival, the provider will wait in the vicinity for up to 45 minutes.
If after this waiting period the door remains unanswered, the service providers reserve the right to depart and consider the service terminated. Should customers respond after the 45-minute mark but within the booked timeframe, the service will proceed as initially scheduled.
We will not entertain any refunds or rescheduling for these occurrences. For any adjustments to the service, please contact us at 3703 3250 during business hours at least one business day prior to the scheduled service date.
