1. Baked Brie with Yummy Crackers
Say CHEESE for the Christmas! A savory twist to your usual cheese platter with kids-favourite Brie. Just dip some crackers or baguette slices to enjoy the ooey-gooey- cheesy goodness.

Cook Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:
- A round of brie cheese
- Pesto sauce
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Pine Nuts
- Crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 177 C.
- Line a baking sheet. Place the brie cheese on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 mins.
- Remove from the oven and place with pesto sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and crackers.

2. Cauliflower Apple Soup
With sweet apple chunks, this cauliflower soup will be a comforting, good-for-you soup. Spoon some Greek yoghurt and sprinkle on top some almond flakes to master this hearty and creamy soup.

Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- 0.6 L vegetable stock
- 0.5 onion
- 1 potato
- 300g cauliflower
- 1.5 apples leave a half of an apple for garnishing
- Yoghurt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan. Fry the chopped until softened.
- Add the chopped cauliflower, and peeled and chopped potato to fry 3-5 mins.
- Add the vegetable stock and boil until the cauliflower softened.
- Blend the cored, peeled and chopped apples until smooth, and season with salt and pepper. Add the soup and mix evenly.
- Season with yoghurt, according to your taste.

3. Roasted Beetroot & Carrot Salad
Let’s chop up some winter harvests and make it into this roasted beetroot salad with a citrus twist! And this will be the best beet you have ever tried.

Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 0.5 orange
- Parsley
- Spinach
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp honey
- 0.25 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Chop the beetroot.
- Mix with the honey and olive oil evenly.
- Bake for 25 mins.
- Chop the orange, onion and carrot.
- Put all the ingredients into a serving bowl and mix evenly.

4)Honey Roasted Pork Tenderloin
As this is the season to enjoy a juicy and sumptuous roast meat, how can you not make this flavourful pork tenderloin? The ginger will give you a kick in the midst of honey-sweetness.
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15mins
Total Time: 25 mins

Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 0.5 lb tenderloin
- 1 tbsp granted ginger
- 3.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp granted garlic
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix the granted ginger, granted garlic, honey, soy source, lemon juice evenly.
- Add the tenderloin to half of the source to marinate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 205 C.
- Add olive oil to pan over middle or high heat. Sear the tenderloin until golden brown.
- Line a baking sheet. Bake the tenderloin for 8-13 mins.
- Brush the leftover source and bake for another 1-2 mins.

5. Jansson’s Temptation
Creamy gratin is definitely an exciting and delicious way of serving potatoes. Jannson’s temptation is the Swedish version of your favourite Creamy Au Gratin, while the one difference is that it is richer, creamer and more savory than its French counterpart.

Cook Time: 90mins
Total Time: 100 mins

Ingredients:
- Salt
- Pepper
- 600 g potatoes
- 0.5 onion
- 6 Anchovy fillets
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup hot stock
- 2 cup cooking cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Chop the potatoes and onion. Season with salt and paper. Mix with the Anchovy fillets, hot stock, whole milk, cooking cream evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 90 mins.
- Remove the foil. Bake until the surface become crispy.
