Swimming Lesson: It's Never Too Late

 As Olympians are finishing their final training laps, the crowd is cheering for 102-year-old Japanese swimmer, Mieko Nagaoka.

Nagaoka took up swimming at the age of 82 to aid her knee recovery, and she hasn’t stopped since. She currently holds world records in nine events, including the 1,500m freestyle, in the women’s 100-104 age category.
